A Cuisine full of feeling



Axell Boisselier, Le Verdurier's chef, will be delighted to have you try his intuitive cuisine that changes with the seasons, with a particular focus on vegetables. The name of the restaurant evokes the position of one of the King's kitchen servants. The verdurier was in charge of supplying the salads and herbs for the royal kitchens.

A chef, attached to his region


After having spent some time with the two Michelin starred chef, Franck Putelat, Axell arrived in the Toulouse area at the gastronomic restaurant Le Cantou.

He came to the chateau, with his team, for the opening in 2017 and followed the advice of the Michelin starred chef Eric Sampietro, he finally took full charge of Le Verdurier in 2019.

His style, precise and refined, enhances the local products, all sourced within a 30km radius of the chateau.

Le Verdurier restaurant with an understated elegance, hosted in one of the series of lounges, welcomes you every day* for lunch from midday and for dinner from 7:30 pm. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner on the shady terrace.

A buffet breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am in the restaurant. You will find a wide choice of fresh and regional produce.

Le Salon du Potager


Le salon du Potager welcomes you during the day and for your relaxing evenings over a glass of vintage Armagnac or other drinks.

There are also some board games at your disposition.

“Vaut le détour”

Un superbe bâtiment, bien restauré, décoré avec goût, et un parc plein de promesses qui s'égaiera sans doute avec les beaux jours et les années. Un personnel compétent et agréable (mention spéciale au sommelier). Une cuisine excellente sans aucune fausse note du début à la fin du repas. Bravo pour la régularité. De bons vins qui furent de belles découvertes. C'était notre première visite et sans doute pas la dernière.

quelle surprise !

Excellent a tout point de vue (repas, cadre, service, etc...) digne d un 2 étoile (j’espère qu’ils l’auront). Mais le plus ici c'est le sommelier et qu'elle découverte. D'entrée il nous propose une dégustation à l'aveugle avec nos plats et deux vins différents (ma femme et moi) par plat. 
Du blanc pour la viande, et du rouge pour le poison. Et tous ces vins sont "naturels" sans intrants ajoutés. Une expérience œnologique dans un étoilé,
